Dip & Cheeseball Mixes, Spices & Seasonings, Condiments Sauces & Spreads (4)
Ingredients
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Creamy Tomato Basil & Garlic Dip Mix
1 Tbsp. Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning
2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
1 red bell pepper, 1/2 diced and 1/2 cut into strips
1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced (optional)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup cooked chicken, finely diced
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dip Mix, seasonings, diced peppers, cheese and chicken. Stir everything together until the peppers and chicken are evenly distributed. Lay out your tortillas and divide the cream cheese mixture among them. Spread it evenly, leaving a little border around the edges to prevent spillage. Place a red pepper strip at the edge of the tortilla. Roll up the tortillas tightly to ensure they hold together well. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut them into 1" slices and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve with Awesome Everything Sauce for dipping.
(You can prep and refrigerate the tortilla rolls for a day, then cut and bake. Substitute any of our Dip Mixes in this recipe!)
