SAUTÉED SHRIMP WITH LINGUINE

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter, divided
25-30 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 box (454 g) linguine
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Sundried Tomato & Garlic Olive Oil (Retired), divided

Instructions

Butter mixture for pasta: add 2 tablespoons butter to a microwaveable cup, add Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning and heat until butter is melted, about 40 seconds. Boil the pasta in well-salted water, according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, prepareshrimp. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon Sundried Tomato & Garlic Olive Oil (Retired) in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink. You’ll know the shrimp are close to done when they start to curlinto a ”C” shape and turn from translucent gray to opaque pink and white. Drain pasta and toss with garlic butter mixture, add shrimp and toss with remaining Sundried Tomato & Garlic Olive Oil (Retired). Add salt and pepper to taste if desired
