SUMMER READY PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

1-2 pork tenderloins
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. Smoky-Sweet Barbeque Rub & Seasoning (Retired)

Instructions

Prepare pork tenderloin by removing silver skin and any bits of tissue. Rub
pork tenderloin with olive oil and sprinkle with Sunset Seasoning Salt and
Smoky-Sweet Barbeque Rub & Seasoning (Retired). Rub seasonings into pork and
refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room
temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat barbeque to medium heat. Grill pork
for approximately 15-20 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle and/or
internal temperature reaches 155°F. Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with your favourite Sunset Gourmet sauce, if so desired.
