STEAKHOUSE BEEF TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

4-5 beef tenderloin steaks (1 1/2" thick) 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. Signature Steakhouse Rub & Seasoning 1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt

Instructions

Brush steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with Signature Steakhouse Rub & Seasoning and Sunset Seasoned Salt. Rub into steaks; refrigerate for several hours or overnight. 30 minutes before grilling remove steaks from refrigerator to bring to room temperature. Preheat grill to the highest setting. Place the steaks on grill for about 2 minutes per side to sear. Move the steaks to a cooler part of the grill and monitor until the desired level of doneness is achieved. Use a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the steak and remove steaks from the grill about 5°F below your target temperature. Cover the steaks with foil and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
