CLASSIC STEAKHOUSE SPINACH & BACON SALAD

Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cut into ½" pieces
8 cups baby spinach
3 hard or soft boiled eggs, thinly sliced or cut into wedges
1 small red onion, sliced
1/3 cup Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade

Instructions

Cook bacon until crisp, drain on a paper towel. Place spinach, onion and mushrooms in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Arrange on a serving platter and top with bacon and egg wedges, drizzle with a bit more dressing if desired.
