BREAKFAST CRUMBLE PARFAITS

Ingredients

For the Scones:
1 box Cherry Almond Scone Mix
1 cup whipping cream
Flour (for dusting the countertop)

For the Parfaits:
1 baked Cherry Almond Scone
3/4 cup granola
4 cups vanilla yogurt
2 cups fresh fruit
¾ cup mixed nuts

Instructions

To make Scones: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine Cherry Almond Scone Mix in a mixing bowl with whipping cream. Blend until stiff dough is formed (you can use your hands to blend together). Place dough on floured surface and press out, using your hands, to a 10" circle; approximately ½" thick. Cut into 8 even wedges. Place wedges on a greased cookie sheet and bake for15-18 minutes, let cool.

To Make Parfaits:
Crumble the scone and combine with granola. In glasses or bowls layer scone/granola mixture, yogurt, fruit and nuts.
