BACON RANCH CHICKEN BURGERS

Ingredients

1 lb. (.454 kg) ground chicken
1 packet Jalapeno Ranch Dip & Cheeseball Mix (Retired)
1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Panko crumbs (optional)
Burger buns

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and form into 4-6 burger patties. Prepare grill and cook burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve on buns with your favourite toppings. You can also make patties ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later.
