Ingredients

4-5 cups mashed potatoes (leftover from your holiday dinner)
1 ½ lbs. (.680 kg) lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
1 can (284 mL) cream of mushroom condensed soup
½ cup water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 cups vegetables (leftover from your holiday dinner)
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with seasonings over medium heat until browned. Drain any liquid from pan. Stir in mushroom soup, water and soy sauce. Simmer for ten minutes and spoon into prepared baking dish, add vegetables and cover with leftover mashed potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and beef mixture is hot and bubbly. You can top with finely shredded Parmesan cheese in the last few minutes of baking if so desired.
