Ingredients
2 cans (about 3 cups) chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained, rinsed and skinned
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400°F. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle generously with Mango Chili Lime Seasoning and bake until crisp, about 30-40 minutes.
