LEMONY DILL GLAZED CARROT COINS

Ingredients

7-8 medium carrots, washed and sliced into coins
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning

Instructions

Place carrots in a pot with enough water to cover, add 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat to low; cover and simmer carrots until tender, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and add butter, honey and Lemony Dill Seasoning. Mix until carrots are coated and glazed.
