12 eggs, hard boiled & peeled
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
Sprinkle of Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
Instructions
Cut the cooked eggs in half. Arrange egg whites cut-side up on a serving platter. Place the yolks in a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar; mix well. Add The Perfect Blend and mix again. Spoon the mixture into a small piping bag fitted with a star tip. Squeeze a small dollop into each egg white half. Sprinkle the filled eggs with Mango Chili Lime Seasoning. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
