CARAMEL APPLE MINI LOAF

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 box Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 egg
3/4 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Blend flour, baking soda, baking powder and Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired) together, reserving the graham crumb topping. In a separate bowl mix olive oil, egg, apple sauce and Greek yogurt, until well blended. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Place into greased mini loaf pans & bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Let cool and drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with the graham crumb topping.
