CRANBERRY PINWHEELS

Ingredients

1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 jar Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly
1 cup dried cranberries
3 or 4 large original tortilla shells

Instructions

Mix cream cheese with Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly, mix well and stir in cranberries until evenly distributed. Spread mixture on tortilla shells, roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight and cut into pinwheels just prior to serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary (optional).
