PACKED FULL OF FLAVOUR PORK KABOBS

Ingredients

2 lbs. (.908 kg) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1 ½" pieces
1 large red onion, cut into large pieces
1/3 cup oil
1 packet Kansas City Rub Sheet Pan Seasoning

Instructions

Place oil and Kansas City Rub Sheet Pan Seasoning in a resealable bag, squeeze bag to combine. Add pork and onion, close bag securely and squeeze bag to thoroughly coat the meat. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Thread kabobs onto metal skewers alternating between meat and onion. Let skewers stay at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling. Preheat your grill to medium/high heat. Add skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes. Grill until cooked meat reaches at least 145°F internal temperature. Rest for three minutes before serving. Serve your favourite Sunset Sauce on the side.

If using wooden skewers, soak skewers for 30 minutes in water before using.
