TROPICAL PARADISE DUMP CAKE

Ingredients

1 can (398 mL) pineapple chunks
1 box cherry chip cake mix
1 cup shredded or flaked coconut
1 packet Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix
1 can (400 mL) coconut milk
1/2 cup salted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray. Spread pineapple and juice over the bottom of pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pineapple. Mix coconut with Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix and sprinkle evenly over cake mix. Drizzle coconut milk over top then drop pads of butter evenly over top. Bake for 45 minutes (check after 30 minutes). Allow to cool slightly and serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream.
