Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Smoky-Sweet Barbecue Rub & Seasoning
4 peaches, peeled and sliced into quarters
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce (Retired)
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Rub chicken breast with olive oil and season with Smoky-Sweet Barbecue Rub & Seasoning; marinate 30 minutes in the fridge. Preheat the grill to high heat. Arrange peach quarters on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove from grill and set aside. Place chicken breasts on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In a saucepan over low heat, toss sliced green onions, Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce (Retired), orange juice concentrate and salt & pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes. Chop peaches into bite size pieces, add to sauce and heat through. Serve chicken topped with peach sauce.
