BROWNIE & STRAWBERRY PARADISE PARFAITS

Combine Greek yogurt with Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray bottom of 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine Chocolate Lover-s Fudge Brownie Mix, butter, eggs and water together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners. Bake 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. To assemble parfaits, cube or crumble brownies and place some into the bottom of dessert glasses, top with some of the yogurt and then more crumbled brownies. Top with fresh strawberries and mint leaves, if using.
