SEASONED GRILLED BALSAMIC PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops, about 2 lbs. (.907 kg)
1/3 cup aged balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Perfect Pork Rub & Seasoning
1 tsp. salt

Instructions

Place balsamic vinegar, olive oil and all seasonings in a freezer bag or sealable container, mix well and add pork chops. You can choose to freeze these or cook now! If freezing, when ready to cook, defrost in fridge overnight, then follow cooking instructions below. If cooking now, place in fridge and marinate for 30 minutes. Prior to cooking allow meat to come to room temperature. Pre-heat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove pork chops from marinade. Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 155°F, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from grill cover and let rest 5 minutes, until temperature reaches 160°F.
