CORN BREAD MUFFINS

Ingredients

1 pkg. Traditional Sweet Corn Bread Mix
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. While oven is preheating, grease muffin pan (standard 12 cup muffin pan). In a large bowl, combine corn bread mix, milk, eggs and oil; mix until well blended. Spoon batter into muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake for 19-24 minutes. Remove from oven. Let muffins cool before removing from pan and serving.
