CUCUMBER & EGG SALAD

Ingredients

½ packet Asiago Cheese & Spinach Dip Mix
1 cup Greek yogurt
Squeeze of lemon juice (about 1 Tbsp.)
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped
¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
2 cucumbers, washed and thinly sliced

Instructions

Combine dip mix with yogurt and lemon juice and refrigerate for one hour. In a serving bowl place chopped eggs, fresh dill, chives and cucumbers. Spoon dressing over top and toss. Garnish with dill sprigs.
