BAKED ZUCCHINI FRIES WITH APPLEWOOD CHIPOTLE DIP

Ingredients

1 tsp. Applewood Chipotle Rub & Seasoning (Retired) ½ cup light sour cream ½ cup skim milk 1 egg ½ cup bread crumbs ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt 1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper 2 large zucchini

Instructions

Prepare dip by blending Applewood Chipotle Rub & Seasoning (Retired) with sour cream; refrigerate until ready to serve. Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, whisk milk and egg together. Blend bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a shallow plate. Cut zucchini into ½" sticks, and dip in the egg mixture, then gently roll in the bread crumbs. Place coated zucchini onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown. Serve with your favourite Sunset Gourmet dip.
