Ingredients
15 cherry tomatoes halved or 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 ½ cups crumbled or diced feta cheese
DRESSING:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Opa! Greek Souvlaki Spice Blend
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisk and set aside. Place tomatoes and feta in a serving dish and toss with dressing.
