Ingredients

1 packet Smokehouse Bacon and Cheddar Dip & Cheeseball Mix (Retired)
1 1/2 bricks (375 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cream cheese with Smokehouse Bacon and Cheddar Dip & Cheeseball Mix (Retired); mix until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, ¼ cup Parmesan and ¼ cup cheddar cheese; mix well. Transfer to oven-proof dish and sprinkle with the other ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and ¼ cup cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve with sliced French bread, pita or tortilla chips.
