Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin,
cut into ¼" slices
1 can (398 mL) pineapple chunks,
drained; reserve juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Onion, Garlic &
Herb Seasoning
1 Tbsp. corn starch
114 g vermicelli pasta
2 tsp. dark sesame oil
½ medium onion, sliced
1 medium red pepper, seeded
and chopped
¼ cup chicken broth
1 bag (170 g) snow pea pods

Instructions

Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
and corn starch. Stir in pork. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
105.70404052734375: Cook vermicelli. Meanwhile, spray skillet or wok with non-stick spray and
heat over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil, pork mixture, onions and
peppers to wok. Stir-fry until pork is no longer pink (3-4 minutes); remove
pork from pan. Add broth, pea pods, pineapple, and cooked & drained
vermicelli to pan. Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add pork
back into pan and stir to combine.
