KANSAS CITY ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST

Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag along with the oil and Kansas City Rub Sheet Pan Seasoning. Close bag and squeeze bag to thoroughly coat the meat. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Spread marinated chicken onto the sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

FOODIE TIP:
Our Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix makes an amazing cheese sauce for steamed broccoli and cauliflower! Make according to package directions, but use 4 1/2-5 cups of water for a sauce. You can add a bit of freshly grated cheddar cheese too for even more cheesiness!
