CARAMEL APPLE CHEESECAKE WITH CARAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients

1 packet Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
3 cups Cool Whip
1 prepared graham crust
Caramel sauce
1 packet Graham Topping (included in the box)

Instructions

Combine Caramel Apple Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired) with softened cream cheese.
Mix for 2 or 3 minutes on low speed. Fold in Cool Whip, mix until blended.
Spoon into prepared graham crust. Refrigerate for two hours, can also
be prepared the day ahead. Spoon caramel sauce over top. Sprinkle the
Graham Topping around the outer edge of the cheesecake before slicing.
