GARDEN VEGETABLE PIZZA

Ingredients

2 tubes Pilsbury Crescent Rolls
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet Garden Vegetable Dip & Cheeseball Mix
3 cups finely chopped or shredded vegetables of your choice (broccoli, cauliflower, chives, carrots, peppers, etc...)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place crescent rolls on a greased 11"× 15" baking sheet. Use your hands to seal the seams of the dough and press evenly over the entire cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and Garden Vegetable Dip & Cheeseball Mix with a hand mixer. Spread over cooled crust. Evenly sprinkle all vegetables over cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then slice into squares and serve.
