SUNDRIED TOMATO & GARLIC CAPRESE SALAD

Ingredients

20 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1 container (340 g) fresh mozzarella (bocconcini)
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
3 Tbsp. Sundried Tomato & Garlic Olive Oil (Retired)
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Place tomatoes, bocconcini and basil in a serving bowl. Drizzle with
Sundried Tomato & Garlic Olive Oil (Retired), sprinkle with salt and pepper,
and serve!
