JALAPENO RANCH STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

18-20 medium-large mushrooms
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 packet Jalapeno Ranch Dip & Cheeseball Mix (Retired)
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup white cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise,
Jalapeno Ranch Dip & Cheeseball Mix (Retired) and cheeses, mix well. Stuff mushrooms
with mixture, then bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm
