GARDEN POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/2 packet Garden Vegetable Dip & Cheeseball Mix
8 large red potatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
5 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
2 celery sticks, chopped
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

In a bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and Garden Vegetable Dip & Cheeseball Mix. Cover and refrigerate while potatoes cook. In a large pot of salted water, boil potatoes until they are tender (around 30 minutes). When finished, drain and cool. Cut into 1" chunks. In a large bowl combine potatoes and dressing, mixing well. Add salt, pepper, eggs, celery, cheeseand green onions; mix again. This salad is best if refrigerated for several hours or overnight before serving.
