SMOKY-SWEET GRILLED SALMON

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt
2 tsp. Smoky-Sweet Barbeque Rub & Seasoning (Retired)

Instructions

Preheat gas or charcoal grill to 450°F. Pat salmon fillets with paper towel to
remove moisture. Brush fillets with vegetable oil on both sides then season
with Smoky-Sweet Barbeque Rub & Seasoning (Retired) and salt. Place salmon
directly on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 6 minutes, then flip and grill
for an additional two minutes. Serve on a bed of rice with a side of steamed
vegetables.
