FARMSTAND ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLES

Ingredients

6-7 cups vegetables (beets, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, parsnips),
cut into bite-sized pieces
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 packet Farmstand Vegetable Sheet Pan Seasoning

Instructions

Place vegetables in a resealable bag with the vegetable oil and Farmstand
Vegetable Sheet Pan Seasoning. Close bag and squeeze bag to thoroughly
coat vegetables. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat oven
to 400°F. Lightly spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with
parchment paper. Spread marinated vegetables onto the sheet pan and
bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
