CREAMY CHEESY MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients

2 ½ lbs. red potatoes, cubed
½ brick (125 g) cream cheese, cubed
1/3 cup milk
1 packet Asiago Cheese & Spinach Dip Mix

Instructions

In large saucepan, place potatoes in salted water and bring to a boil over
medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and cook until fork tender;
drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mash to combine. Cover with lid; let rest
5 minutes to blend flavours. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
