VEGETABLE BEEF & BARLEY SOUP

Ingredients

1 pkg. Farmhouse Vegetable Barley Soup Mix
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef
9 cups beef broth
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed into ½" pieces
2 carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced

Instructions

In a large soup pot, brown ground beef and drain any liquid. Add
Farmhouse Vegetable Barley Soup Mix, broth and vegetables. Bring
to a low boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve with
Parmesan & Garlic Biscuits.
