BAKED CHEESY SPINACH & BACON DIP

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Transfer to heat proof dish, top with cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden on top. Serve with bread cubes, pita chips and crackers. To bake in a bread bowl, hollow out a pre-baked loaf, cut removed bread into cubes. Place prepared dip into loaf, top with cheese and bake 45-60 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden on top. Serve with bread cubes.
