Ingredients
1 pkg. Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
4 cups water
2 cups beer
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Prepare the soup according to package directions substituting 2 cups of water with 2 cups
of beer. Cook for 20 minutes adding the cheddar cheese in the last ten minutes of cooking.
Top with grated cheese and garnish with broccoli and croutons.
Optional add ins: bacon or jalapeno peppers.
