FRIED RICE

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 small white onion, chopped
1 cup frozen peas & carrots mix, thawed
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce (more or less to taste)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour sesame oil in bottom
of skillet, add white onion, peas and carrots; stir-fry until tender. Slide the
onion, peas and carrots to the side, and pour the egg onto the other side.
Using a spatula, scramble the eggs. Once cooked sprinkle with Onion,
Garlic & Herb Seasoning and mix the eggs with the vegetables. Add the
rice to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce. Stir-fry the rice and vegetables until
heated through and combined. Top with chopped green onion.
