Ingredients
5-6 bone-in pork chops
1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper
1 Tbsp. Perfect Pork Rub & Seasoning
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine Sunset Seasoned Pepper,
Perfect Pork Rub & Seasoning, and Sunset Seasoned Salt; season
both sides of room temperature pork chops. Place chops on grill and
cook about 15-25 minutes depending on thickness, until internal
temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer.
Let stand a few minutes before serving. Brush with your favourite
Sunset Gourmet Grilling Sauce, if so desired.
