SWEET & TANGY PICKLED JALAPENOS

Ingredients

1 packet Sweet & Tangy Pickling Mix from our In A Snap - 10 Minute Quick Pickle Kit
4 cups sliced jalapeno peppers
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 litre (1 quart) jar (or plastic reusable container)

Instructions

Fill a clean jar or container with sliced jalapenos (we suggest wearing disposable gloves when slicing). Combine pickle mix with vinegar and water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Using a funnel, pour over jalapenos in the jar or container. Cap jar with lid and ring or put lid on container. Cool, then refrigerate. Store in refrigerator and enjoy for up to 3 weeks. They are perfect on top of nachos, on sandwiches, in wraps and so much more!
