Ingredients

1 pkg. Almond Cream Cake Mix (Retired)
3/4 cup almond milk (or any kind of milk)
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, roughly chopped
1/2 cup combined dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and pecan pieces
Flour for coating the fruit and nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl of flour add your maraschino cherries and mix until covered. Shake off excess flour; set aside in a separate bowl. Do the same with the dried fruit and nuts.
Make Almond Cream Cake Mix (Retired) according to instructions on box. Fold in the floured fruit and nuts. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes check by inserting a toothpick
in the centre. If it comes out dry then it’s done. Cool before cutting.
