ALMOND CREAM MUFFINS

Ingredients

1 pkg. Almond Cream Cake Mix (Retired)
¾ cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl whisk milk, oil, and eggs together. Add cake mix packet and stir just until moistened. Batter may be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix. Line a 12 muffin pan with liners (or grease lightly), divide batter evenly into muffin pan. Bake about 25 minutes until tops peak and are lightly browned. Serve warm. Optional: Top with sliced almonds before baking.
