LEMONY DILL GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients

10-12 medium carrots
¼ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Place carrots into a large saucepan, with enough water to reach depth of 1" and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer carrots until tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Melt butter in the same saucepan; add honey and orange juice and bring to a light simmer. Transfer carrots into the sauce; cook and stir until carrots are glazed, about 5 more minutes. Season with Lemony Dill Seasoning and salt and pepper. Place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
