GARLICY SHRIMP PASTA DISH

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 ½ lbs. (27-30) medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Salt and freshly grated pepper, to taste
¼ cup chicken stock
Juice of 1 lemon, or more, to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional)

Instructions

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat, add Oh! So Garlic. Cook for 1 minute; add shrimp and salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes; remove shrimp and set aside. Stir chicken stock and lemon juice in pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in remaining butter, stir until butter is melted. Add shrimp and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately over freshly cooked pasta, garnished with chopped parsley leaves, if desired.
