FARMSTAND & LEMON GRILLED SALMON KABOBS

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. (.681 kg) salmon fillets, cut into 1" squares
2 large lemons, thinly sliced
8 bamboo skewers (10" long)
1 packet Farmstand Vegetable Sheet Pan Seasoning
4 Tbsp. oil (divided)

Instructions

Soak bamboo skewers for 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 375°F). Place salmon in bowl and add oil; gently mix to coat salmon in oil, then add Farmstand Vegetable Sheet Pan Seasoning and gently mix. Thinly slice lemons. Skewer salmon and lemons (fold lemons in half as you skewer them). Oil the grates, then carefully place salmon skewers onto the hot BBQ. Grill for 5 minutes per side or until salmon is cooked through and opaque. Garnish with freshly cut lemon slices.
