CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Brown Ground beef, drain fat. Stir in Oh! So Garlic, Oh! So Onion and ¾ cup cheese. Place mixture in a casserole dish. Layer on ½ jar Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Relish plus your favourite burger toppings. In another bowl, beat eggs, mayo, cream and salt and pepper. Pour over meat mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until done. Serve over lettuce.
