Ingredients
DRESSING:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Opa! Greek Souvlaki Spice Blend
¼ tsp. Dijon mustard
SALAD:
6 Roma tomatoes, quartered
1 cucumber, halved and sliced
1 small onion, sliced
4 cups lettuce, chopped
1 ½ cups feta cheese, cubed
Black olives
Instructions
Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisk and set aside. Arrange
salad ingredients in a serving bowl, drizzle dressing over top, toss and serve.
