KANSAS CITY RUB GRILLED T-BONE STEAK

Ingredients

4 T-bone steaks
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
½ Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper
1 Tbsp. Kansas City Rub Sheet Pan Seasoning

Instructions

Pat your steaks dry with paper towels. Season with oil and seasonings on both sides. Make sure your steak is at room temperature before you cook it. Preheat your BBQ to high heat. Sear steak for two minutes then flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes. For a medium cooked steak, cook until internal temperature is 145°F, take off heat and let rest for 5 minutes. The steak will continue cooking during the resting process. For medium-well, cook to 155°F and for well done, cook to 160°F, then let rest
