SPICY POTATO BAKE

Ingredients

5 or 6 baking potatoes
1/2 pkg. Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix
1/3 cup milk
½ cup sour cream
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus more for topping, if desired)
Cooked bacon, diced (optional)
Green onions, diced (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F, scrub potatoes and pierce with a fork. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until done. Potatoes can also be wrapped in foil and baked on the BBQ. Cut a slice off the top, scoop out the insides and place in a bowl. Add Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix, milk, sour cream & shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well then place mix back into the hollowed potatoes. Top with a little extra cheese, diced cooked bacon and green onions, if so desired. Place in oven at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
