Ingredients
1 lb. (.454 kg) beef stew meat, cubed
¼ cup flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 ½ cups beef broth
1 ½ Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce
2 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
10 mushrooms, quartered
Instructions
Place beef stew meat into a slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together flour
and all seasonings. Sprinkle mixture over beef stew meat, stirring to coat.
Stir in beef broth and Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce.
Add vegetables; cover and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
