Ingredients
18-20 medium-large mushrooms
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 packet Hot & Cheesy Mushroom Dip & Cheeseball Mix
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup white cheddar cheese, grated
2 green onions, finely diced
Instructions
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Hot & Cheesy Mushroom Dip & Cheeseball Mix and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with green onions. Serve warm.
